With "efficient conversion, nutrient retention, safety and hygiene" as the core, through standardized equipment and processes, raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, and premixes are processed into granular or powdered feed that meets the needs of poultry at different growth stages (chicks, fattening chickens, laying hens, etc.), achieving a 15%-20% increase in feed utilization rate while reducing the residue of harmful substances such as mycotoxins.


Features:

(I) Raw Material Pre-treatment


Cleaning Equipment: Vibrating screens remove stones and impurities from the raw materials, while permanent magnets absorb metal foreign matter to prevent wear on subsequent equipment.

Grinding Equipment: Hammer mills are used to grind raw materials such as corn and soybean meal to a particle size of 1.2-2.0mm (finer for starter feed), increasing the raw material's surface area and improving subsequent mixing and digestibility.


(II) Mixing and Pelleting Stage


Mixing Equipment: A twin-shaft paddle mixer mixes the crushed raw materials with premixes (vitamins, minerals, etc.), achieving a uniformity coefficient of variation of ≤5% to ensure consistent nutritional quality in each pellet.


Conditioning Equipment: Saturated steam at 105-110°C is introduced to raise the raw material moisture to 16%-18%, softening the material and destroying anti-nutritional factors (such as trypsin inhibitors in soybean meal) in preparation for pelleting.


Pelletizing Equipment: A ring die pelletizer uses rollers to compress the mixture into pellets with a diameter of 3-8mm (adjusted according to poultry age). A pellet forming rate of ≥95% is achieved, minimizing transportation losses and the risk of picky poultry.


(III) Finished Product Processing Stage


Cooling Equipment: A countercurrent cooler cools freshly produced pellets at 80-90°C to room temperature (temperature difference ≤5°C) to prevent mold.


Grading Equipment: A vibrating grading screen selects unqualified pellets, which are then returned for re-pelleting to ensure uniform particle size in the finished product.


Packaging Equipment: An automatic quantitative packaging machine packages pellets in 20kg/50kg batches, equipped with a weighing sensor with an error of ≤±0.2%.
