Our Advantage:

1. The feed inlet and discharge hood are made of stainless steel, which is lightweight, durable and corrosion-resistant.

2. The mold adopts a design of feeding hole, forming hole, conforming hole, and release hole, which reduces the forming and discharge resistance to a minimum.

3. The electrical components are from top domestic brands such as Chint and Delixi, and the reducer uses heavy-duty hardened gear surfaces.

4. The mold is made of 20CrMnTi material with a surface carburizing treatment to improve its service life, and the pressure roller is made of 65 manganese alloy.
